Join us for drinks & appetizers and get to know fellow guests.

Please plan to attend at 6pm; we have a special surprise at 7:00PM you don't want to miss!

Dress Code

Keep it casual. We believe this will be partially on the beach so we recommend sandals or shoes you can easily remove if needed.

Food

We will have appetizers and a private bar. Since this is around peak dinner time, we recommend trying to eat a later lunch. Most dinner restaurants at the resort are open from 6pm-10ish or later, so you should have time to eat a later dinner after the welcome party.

The resort also has 24-hour room service/in-room dining.

Attire

Resort Formal; keep in mind the ceremony is on the beach

The resort does specify that flip flops and beach sandals are not allowed, but "elegant sandals" are fine. Interpret that how you wish :-)

Schedule

4pm: Wedding ceremony on the beach. The wedding will start promptly at 4pm; please make your way to the beach by 3:45 at the latest.

4:30pm-8:30pm: Cocktail hour by the beach, followed by dinner & drinks. This will be in a covered gazebo.

Cocktail Hour

Immediately following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be at Las Olas (the same venue as the welcome party)

Dinner Reception

Plated dinner will be served at 5:30. After dinner, enjoy the open bar & mingle until 8:30.
